Job Description

As an Architect with 5-7 years of experience, you will be joining our team in Gurgaon. Your strong design skills, technical proficiency, and project management capabilities will be crucial for the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare GFC drawings with accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project standards. - Assist senior architects in design development, detailing, and coordination of architectural projects. - Participate in regular client meetings, effectively communicate to manage expectations and obtain approvals. - Collaborate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for seamless integration of project components. Key Requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized and reputed institution. - Possess a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design, detailing, and project delivery. - Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and Sketch-Up. - Strong communication and organizational skills for client interactions, presentations, and meetings. - Knowledge of building codes and bylaws is essential for this role.,
