About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in East Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in architectural design, planning, and execution of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop architectural designs from concept to execution.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

· Prepare working drawings, presentation layouts, and 3D visualizations.

· Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity.

· Stay updated with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.

· 5+ years of professional experience.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing.

· Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA).

· Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient design.
