*What You’ll Do:*

- Develop and present detailed designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

- Create *BOQ estimations*, work orders, and manage contractor tender processes.

- Oversee *contractor tender management*, ensuring bids are aligned with the project scope.

- Prepare *billing estimations* and manage project costs to stay within budget.

- Conduct *QA/QC* inspections to ensure design compliance and construction quality.

- Review drawings, specifications, and design changes during all phases of the project.

- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring designs to life.

- Manage timelines, budgets, and regular site inspections to ensure smooth project flow.

*What You Need:*

- Degree in Architecture (Licensed or working towards it).

- 5+ years of experience in large-scale township and commercial projects.

- Expertise in *BOQ preparation, contractor tendering, billing estimations, and **QA/QC* procedures.

- Proficiency in *AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp*, and other design tools.
