> Create drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation
> Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors
> Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and quality standards
> Supervise sites and maintain design integrity
> Balance creativity with budgets and timelines
> Incorporate eco-friendly and innovative solutions
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (or similar)
✔ Knowledge of building codes & construction methods
✔ Excellent communication & teamwork skills
✔ Passion for sustainable and modern design
