Job Description

Design & Planning
- Develop design concepts, schematic drawings, working drawings, and detailed layouts for projects.
- Ensure designs are functional, cost-effective, and aligned with project requirements and company vision.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
Regulatory & Approvals
- Prepare and submit drawings for statutory approvals as per local development control rules (DCR) and bye-laws.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, RERA, fire norms, and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with government authorities/liaison teams for necessary sanctions (IOD, CC, OC, etc.).
Project Coordination
- Work closely with the project head, engineering, and construction teams during execution.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
- Resolve on-site design issues and provide technical guidance to teams.
Client & Stakeholder Interface
- Interact with clients, senior management, and consultants to present and finalize designs.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design deliverables.
