Responsibilities: General administrative tasks: Handling phone calls, emails, correspondence with clients and consultants Financial tasks: Assisting with budget tracking, invoice processing, and daily basic account book keeping tasks, salary processing Communication and correspondence: Drafting, proofreading, and editing various types of documents, including reports, memos, and presentations. Records management: Maintaining and updating files, documents, and databases, both in physical and digital formats. Data entry and analysis: Accurately entering data into spreadsheets or databases and generating reports as required. Handling social media and social network platforms: Should be able to effectively handle social media platforms and website to ensure regular updating Scheduling and coordination: Organizing meetings, appointments, travel Human resources support: Assisting with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee events. Office policies and procedures: Ensuring adherence to office policies, procedures, and guidelines. Managing office supplies and equipment. Skills and Qualifications: Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
