Architect SALES Professional For Hyderabad

ITP is a leading manufacturer of wooden doors, aluminium UPVC windows, and modular interiors. We specialise in offering turnkey solutions for both residential and commercial projects. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we are looking to expand our reach by collaborating closely with architects in the city.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with architects. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our range of products, driving sales through strategic partnerships, and positioning ITP as the preferred supplier for turnkey solutions in both residential and commercial spaces.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify, meet, and establish strong relationships with architects across the city.
• Promote ITP's products, including wooden doors, aluminium UPVC windows, and modular interiors.
• Conduct product presentations and showcase samples to architects and their teams.
• Invite architects to visit our factory to experience our production process and quality standards.
• Gather clientele information through architect networks to generate leads.
• Prepare and present detailed quotations tailored to specific project requirements.
• Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring alignment with company targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with architects by offering mutually beneficial partnership models, including a commission/percentage structure.
• Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, client requirements, and competitive activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials or interior design industry
• Proven track record of working with architects, designers, or project consultants.
