Job Description – Architectural Designer (2 Years Experience) We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer with 2 years of experience to join our construction team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and proficient in using the latest architectural tools and software to develop innovative and functional designs. You will collaborate closely with senior architects and project teams to produce high-quality plans, renderings, and presentations that meet client expectations and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept through completion. •⁠ ⁠Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using advanced design software. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design feasibility and compliance. •⁠ ⁠Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new tools and technologies to enhance design efficiency. •⁠ ⁠Support project documentation and presentation materials. Qualifications: •⁠ ⁠2 years of experience in architectural design. •⁠ ⁠Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, or similar software. •⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods. •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
