We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces.

Responsibilities

Design and develop architectural plans and specifications for various projects.
Collaborate with engineers and clients to determine project requirements and constraints.
Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Create detailed drawings and models using CAD software and other design tools.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
3-6 years of experience in architectural design or related roles.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
