🔨 Key Responsibilities:
✨Develop innovative & functional architectural designs
📝Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) with estimates, materials & timelines
📐Create precise working drawings & submission sets
🏗️Design realistic 3D models and high-quality 2D/3D renderings
🤝Collaborate across disciplines for end-to-end project execution
📂 Prepare & submit regulatory approval drawings
🧠 Software Proficiency (Minimum 3 of 5):
✅ AutoCAD
✅ SketchUp
✅ Lumion
✅ Photoshop
✅ Revit (Basic)
👷 Preferred: Candidates with experience in Government Projects/Clients.
