The candidate must demonstrate a deep and continuous understanding of all verticals in which the company operates, ensuring seamless and efficient day-to-day operations across all technical divisions. They should maintain strict financial discipline by monitoring budgets, controlling financial leakages, and enhancing resource utilization. The role requires actively identifying and developing a strong pool of reliable sub-consultancy firms to support project demands and flexibility. In addition, the candidate should focus on building strategic alliances and Joint Ventures (JVs) with major national and international companies to open new avenues for business growth. A core responsibility is to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by delivering quality outputs within committed timelines and cost-effective frameworks, fostering trust, repeat business, and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Proven experience in leading consultancy services specifically by end-to-end project lifecycle management, experience in PHE will preferred. • Minimum 20 years of relevant experience, with at least 12 years in a senior leadership role in infrastructure consultancy. • Demonstrated ability in Profit & Loss (P&L) management, strategic business development, and long-term organizational planning. • Extensive experience in client management, including building and sustaining relationships with government and private sector clients, ensuring satisfaction, and repeat business. • Experience in managing large, multidisciplinary consultancy teams and handling multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Strong experience in working out bid estimates for tendering, including technical and financial bid preparation in coordination with departmental heads and estimation teams. • Prior experience in top leadership position in an infrastructure consultancy organization, overseeing operations, departmental coordination, and overall business performance. • Hands-on experience coordinating and supervising bid estimations in collaboration with respective General Managers or technical leads. • Proven track record as a leader and administrator, capable of motivating diverse teams, driving organizational growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
