Responsibilities Proven experience in leading consultancy services specifically by end-to-end project lifecycle management, experience in PHE will preferred. • Minimum 20 years of relevant experience, with at least 12 years in a senior leadership role in infrastructure consultancy. • Demonstrated ability in Profit & Loss (P&L) management, strategic business development, and long-term organizational planning. • Extensive experience in client management, including building and sustaining relationships with government and private sector clients, ensuring satisfaction, and repeat business. • Experience in managing large, multidisciplinary consultancy teams and handling multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Strong experience in working out bid estimates for tendering, including technical and financial bid preparation in coordination with departmental heads and estimation teams. • Prior experience in top leadership position in an infrastructure consultancy organization, overseeing operations, departmental coordination, and overall business performance. • Hands-on experience coordinating and supervising bid estimations in collaboration with respective General Managers or technical leads. • Proven track record as a leader and administrator, capable of motivating diverse teams, driving organizational growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
