This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Chandigarh, India. The Architect will be responsible for designing new buildings, restoring and conserving old buildings, and developing new ways of using existing buildings. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and presenting project proposals, developing plans and specifications, managing project costs, supervising construction, and ensuring all projects comply with safety standards and regulations. Collaboration with clients, contractors, engineers, and local authorities is essential.
