Qualification: Bachelors in Architecture

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in real estate

Gender: Male / Female

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare concept, working, and detailed drawings for architectural and interior projects.
• Coordinate architectural layouts with structural and MEP consultants to produce clash-free coordination drawings.
• Present design concepts and layouts to senior management and clients.
• Liaise with government authorities for sanction drawings, approvals, and NOCs.
• Develop BOQs for architectural and interior works; coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely execution.
• Supervise site execution of architectural and interior works, ensuring quality and snag-free delivery.
• Create 3D visuals, renderings, and walkthroughs as per project and client requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams (planning, legal, accounts) for smooth project flow.
• Participate in architectural competitions and design evolution discussions.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, ensuring skill development and quality deliverables.
