Architect (Mobile Device Management)

Role Overview: As an Enterprise Architect focusing on the development of the Mobile Device Management (MDM) product, your role will involve strategic architectural leadership and hands-on technical execution. You will define the technical vision and roadmap for the product while actively contributing to its development, with a specific emphasis on the Go programming language. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the technical architecture and roadmap for the MDM product, including system design, component integration, data architecture, and security protocols for a variety of devices. - Actively contribute to the codebase by writing high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code in Go, including core backend services, APIs, and microservices. - Serve as a subject matter expert and technical mentor for the engineering team, leading technical discussions, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices. - Work closely with product management, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in MDM, wearable technology, cybersecurity, and cloud-native architectures. Evaluate and propose new technologies to enhance the product. - Act as a senior technical advisor for key customer implementations globally, addressing complex architectural challenges during product deployment. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior technical leadership role, preferably within a software product company. - Strong hands-on experience in backend software development, with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Go (Golang). - Expertise in designing and building scalable, distributed systems, microservices, and APIs. - Deep understanding of MDM principles and related technologies covering various devices and ecosystems. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Solid grasp of database technologies, both relational and NoSQL. - Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to influence technical direction. - Experience with cryptography and secure coding practices is highly desirable. - Willingness to work across multiple time zones.
