Job Description

Architect – Roles & Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs, concepts, and layouts as per client requirements and project specifications.
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Coordinate with clients to understand design expectations, budget, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with building by-laws, local regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, and contractors.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is followed during execution.
Review and approve material selections, finishes, and construction methods.
Manage design revisions and provide technical guidance during construction.
Prepare project documentation, BOQs, and specifications when required.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Maintain design quality while optimizing cost and functionality.
Address design-related issues and provide solutions during project execution.
