Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect & Interior Designer located in Bengaluru.The Architect & Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural and interior design projects, integrating various design elements, and ensuring successful project management from concept to completion. Daily tasks include developing and presenting design concepts, selecting materials, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects adhere to timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management
• Software Development and Integration skills relevant to architectural design tools
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion)
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with clients and contractors
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Previous experience in high-end residential or commercial projects is a plus
