Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of building projects, ensuring functionality, sustainability, safety, and aesthetic appeal. The role requires strong technical knowledge, design expertise, and coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and drawings in alignment with client requirements.
• Prepare detailed architectural plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications.
• Work on sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Present design ideas and proposals to clients for approval.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Valid license/registration as an Architect (if required by region).
• Proven experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent visualization, creative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in sustainable/green building design.
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling).
• Interior design and landscape architecture exposure.
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
