Position Title: Mid-Level Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level Architect with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project coordination, and cost estimation, particularly with expertise in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop architectural designs, schematics, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.

- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with architectural plans, building codes, and safety regulations.

- Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM tools to create 2D/3D models, elevations, and sections.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and quantity surveyors to mitigate risks and optimize resource allocation.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client approvals, regulatory submissions, and internal reviews.

- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the architecture department.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in a mid-level role.

- Proven knowledge and experience in preparing and interpreting Bills of Quantities (BOQ), with familiarity in quantity take-off and cost analysis.

- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.

- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex design and budgeting challenges.

- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in mid-scale projects (e.g., commercial buildings, residential complexes, or renovations).

- Knowledge of sustainable architecture and digital fabrication techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
