Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage interior fit-out projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to understand project requirements and develop design concepts.
Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, or restaurants.
Oversee site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-7 years of experience in architectural design or interior designing with a focus on corporate interiors or commercial projects.
B.Arch degree from a recognized institution (or equivalent).
Strong proficiency in Autocad software; knowledge of other CAD tools like Sketchup/Revit is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
