Architect / Interior Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Architect/Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design trends, and the ability to translate client needs into visually compelling and functional spaces. As an Interior Designer at The Urban Grid, you will work on diverse projects, from concept to completion, collaborating with architects, vendors, and clients to deliver outstanding design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that align with client requirements and brand aesthetics.
• Conduct client consultations to determine project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Create detailed interior layouts, floor plans, and 3D renderings using CAD software or other design tools.
• Source materials, furniture, and décor that fit the design brief and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee the design implementation process, conducting site visits to ensure quality and adherence to design plans.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Prepare project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Interior design: 1 year (Preferred)
