Architect / Interior Designer (4–5 Years Experience)

Architect / Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute interior design concepts from planning to final execution
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD
• Create 3D models and design presentations using SketchUp (knowledge of other 3D tools is a plus)
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and site teams
• Manage site work to ensure quality, timelines, and seamless execution
• Conduct site visits, material checks, and quality control inspections
• Prepare BOQs, material selections, and coordinate client requirements
• Ensure project deliverables meet design standards and client expectations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design
• 4–5 years of professional experience in residential or commercial interiors
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office (Photoshop is an added advantage)
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and contemporary interior detailing
• Excellent communication, coordination, and site management skills
• Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work independently as well as in a team
