Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee the construction/development of projects. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, material specifications, and project timelines.
Present design proposals and modifications to clients and stakeholders.
Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
Oversee documentation, contracts, and approvals related to architectural projects.
