Job Description

Key Responsibilities Design and develop architectural layouts and drawings for residential and commercial projects Prepare detailed construction and working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software Collaborate with clients, engineers, and site teams to ensure functional, aesthetic, and sustainable designs Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design and quality standards Coordinate with the 3D visualization team for renders and presentations Stay updated with local building by-laws, codes, and sustainable design practices Required Skills Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools like Lumion/V-Ray Solid understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and site coordination Excellent visualization, conceptual design, and detailing abilities Good communication and presentation skills Creative problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution Licensed architect (preferred but not mandatory) 1–4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution Why Join Bevarc?
