Position Overview:

Ileseum Clubs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on master planning, clubhouses, sports amenities and wellness. This role requires proficiency in both conceptual and technical design, leading design teams, and collaborating with various stakeholders to bring projects to fruition

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Master planning is one of the major roles.
• Lead the architectural design and execution of complex clubhouses, and sports amenities, ensuring design excellence and alignment with client requirements.
• Develop architectural concepts and present innovative solutions while maintaining project integrity, timelines, and budget.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure design intent is carried through to construction.
• Design and review detailed architectural plans, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards in all designs.
• Contribute to project proposals and business development efforts, including client meetings and presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
