Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Manjeri. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating project concepts, and ensuring integration between design and functional requirements. Daily tasks include overseeing project management, collaborating with clients, and coordinating with team members to deliver cohesive and impactful architectural solutions. The role requires a high level of creativity, precision, and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural tools and workflows
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Familiarity with sustainable and climate-conscious design practices
• Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for design
