Looking for a candidate who have strong exposure into Command Center along with Monitoring Tools (Zabbix, Nagios, AppDynamics, SolarWinds) Responsible for designing and optimizing the architecture of IT infrastructure to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability Involves strategic planning, system design, and working closely with IT teams to implement best practices Possess strong technical skills, extensive experience with monitoring tools, and a proactive approach to infrastructure management Design and develop a robust IT infrastructure architecture that meets organizational needs Evaluate and integrate monitoring tools to enhance system performance and visibility Provide strategic guidance on infrastructure improvements and expansions Collaborate with various IT teams to implement and maintain infrastructure solutions Develop and document standard operating procedures for infrastructure management and incident response Conduct regular reviews and audits of the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance Oversee the implementation of new technologies and infrastructure upgrades Generate and analyze reports on network performance, incident trends, and system health Stay updated on emerging IT infrastructure trends and technologies Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience in IT infrastructure architecture and design Strong knowledge of network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG) Proficiency in incident management and IT service management (ITSM) practices Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA are a plus Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and best practices Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) Experience in a 24/7 operational environment Creation of solution and architectural views (logical, conceptual, development, execution, infrastructure & operations architecture) To assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application portfolio optimization for gap analysis To contribute towards white/technical papers and knowledge base To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new and emerging products/technologies To manage Non Functional Requirement adaption for the solution To study and define system requirements addressing stakeholder, portfolio concerns
