The role involves handling architectural planning and site supervision for ongoing construction projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in both design and execution, ensuring that projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Tasks:Prepare conceptual and working drawings using AutoCAD or similar tools. Assist in developing layouts, elevations, and detailed plans for construction projects. Coordinate with the management to understand design requirements. Ensure compliance with building codes and local regulations. Prepare 3D models or visualizations as needed. Site Engineering Tasks: Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to safety practices. Resolve on-site technical issues and update project status regularly. Keep records of daily progress, material usage, and site logs. Candidate Requirements:Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering. 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools is a plus. Good understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities effectively.
