Job Summary

Motia Builders Group is looking to hire a Female Architect with strong expertise in AutoCAD and other architectural design software. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, and coordination with project teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD
• Develop conceptual and detailed designs as per project requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes, by-laws, and design standards
• Review drawings and implement necessary revisions
• Conduct site visits to monitor execution and design compliance
• Assist in material selection and design optimization
• Maintain accurate documentation and drawing records

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar software
• Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials
• Good visualization, communication, and coordination skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Registration with Council of Architecture (preferred)

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience
• Experience in residential/commercial projects will be an advantage
