Architect Engineer / Architectural Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare
architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations
as per project requirements.
Assist in
concept design development
, presentation drawings, and working drawings.
Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams for design integration.
Ensure designs comply with
building codes, local regulations, and safety standards.
Participate in
site visits, inspections, and client meetings
when required.
Handle
AutoCAD drawings, rendering, and documentation
for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Manage and organize
project documentation and design data
efficiently.

Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion / 3ds Max / Photoshop
(for rendering & visualization).
Strong understanding of
building materials, construction techniques, and architectural detailing.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work
independently as well as in a team environment.
Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and time management.
