Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with strong proficiency in 2D and 3D design and hands-on experience with AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, drafting, and developing architectural plans that align with project requirements and client visions.

Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate 2D architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD.

Develop 3D models and visualizations to support design concepts and client presentations.

Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and project managers to ensure cohesive project execution.

Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.

Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.

Participate in client meetings to understand project goals and provide design input.

Maintain organized project documentation and drawing files.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.

Proven experience with AutoCAD (2D & 3D); knowledge of other design tools like SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max is a plus.

Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction detailing.

Ability to interpret and translate concepts into technical drawings.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and a creative approach to design.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Portfolio demonstrating 2D and 3D design skills.

Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.
