Architect Draftsman

As an Architect Draftman at IBA ARCHITECTS", you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural designs, preparing schematic diagrams, and submitting drawings to local authorities for sanctioning. Your role will require project supervision, preparing working line drawings, and coordinating with different service departments such as electrical and structural. Additionally, you will be involved in integrating interior details, external details, and managing project timelines. You should be proficient in Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with experience in Project Management and integrating services. A basic understanding of Software Development for architectural applications is required. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential for this role. You must have the ability to work on-site in Gautam Buddha Nagar and hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Experience with regulatory liaison and obtaining necessary approvals will be a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also necessary for effectively carrying out your responsibilities.,
