Architect Draftsman

As an Architect Draftsman at our company, your role will involve preparing detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models based on design concepts provided by architects and clients. Your strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in CAD software will be crucial in ensuring the accurate execution of design intent. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and working drawings for architectural projects. - Convert conceptual designs and sketches into accurate technical drawings. - Draft plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure drawings align with project requirements. - Maintain and update drawing libraries and documentation. - Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and client specifications. - Support site teams with drawing clarifications and revisions as needed. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other drafting/design software. - Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction processes. - Precision, accuracy, and attention to detail. - Ability to interpret architectural sketches and convert them into working drawings. - Strong communication and coordination skills. Qualifications & Experience: - Diploma / ITI / Bachelors in Architecture, Civil, or related field. - 5-8 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman (freshers with good software skills may also be considered). - Experience in residential, commercial, or interior design projects is preferred.
