Role Overview: As a Development and Operations Support Specialist for the Adobe Esign/Digital Imaging platform and ABBYY Flexicapture, your main purpose will be to provide support for these platforms. You will partner with the IT Operations manager to deliver project hyper care support and transition to Sustain. Your role involves maintaining and reducing ticket backlogs through incident management, change management, and problem management. Your communication skills and technical capabilities are crucial in delivering quality fixes and solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support including collaboration, configuration, and software development for Adobe eSign and other Digital Imaging Products. - Develop reports for sustain metrics, work plans, schedules, and status reports. - Analyze problems and recommend/take action to address them. - Identify team impediments/risks and work towards eliminating them. - Collaborate with IT stakeholders and business partners related to sustain support. Qualifications: - 9+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of experience in ABBYY Flexicapture. - Strong knowledge of ABBYY products like Flexicapture. - Proficiency in Adobe Products such as Esignature, Acrobat, and other Esignature products like DocuSign. - Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. - Experience in performing break fixes and enhancements on existing ABBYY and Adobe integrations with products like Ariba, ServiceNow, etc. - Expertise in API integration with ERP & non-ERP applications. - Support UAT testing for projects and sustain in UAT and Pre-Prod environments, including Go-Live and Hyper-care support. - Experience with global teams in different time zones. - Knowledge of enterprise ERP systems like SAP is a plus. - Familiarity with document management and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. - Results-oriented with a passion for delivering against tight timelines. - Collaboration skills to work across multiple silos within the organization and with cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and excellent oral and written communication. - Willingness to upskill on cross-functional and technical skills. - Ability to adapt to time-sensitive situations and work effectively in high-pressure environments.,
