Architect Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect Designer who can transform concepts into visually stunning and functional spaces. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecture and 3D visualization, with a proven track record of delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design and develop architectural and for residential, commercial, and large-scale projects.

-Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using AutoCAD, Revit BIM, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop.

-Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design objectives are met.

Translate client requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs.

-Conduct site visits to oversee execution and ensure design integrity.

-Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

-3–5 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit BIM, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Dialux, and Photoshop.

Strong visualization and presentation skills.

-Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.

-Strong attention to detail with a passion for innovative, functional design.

Preferred Experience

Hands-on experience in large-scale projects.

Background in both architecture and interior design.
