Utilize 3D Studio Max with Corona Renderer and Revit to create stunning, detailed designs. Make Presentations and construction drawings for Projects. Apply your knowledge of outsourcing to manage and streamline design processes. Work in Point Cloud Modelling in Revit Work closely with colleagues to understand their needs and deliver bespoke solutions. Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. What We're Looking For: Graduate Degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design. Proficiency in 3D Studio Max with Corona and Revit is essential. Must know how to prepare Working Drawing and Construction Drawings along with details in Revit. Familiarity with outsourcing and managing external design resources. Designlabs London is a creative interior and architectural design studio recognised for producing exceptional, photo-realistic visualisations and refined design concepts. We are seeking a talented 3D Studio Max Artist with a strong architectural background and proven experience using Corona Render to join our expanding team. Role Overview: The successful candidate will develop high-quality, realistic 3D visualisations for residential and commercial projects based in the UK. You must have an excellent eye for detail, a solid understanding of architectural design, lighting, materials, and composition, and the ability to translate design concepts into compelling visuals. Key Responsibilities : Produce accurate and detailed 3D renders using 3ds Max and Corona Render Collaborate closely with designers to interpret and visualise project briefs Create realistic materials, lighting setups, and immersive animations. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently. Requirements : Degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum 3 years experience working on international (outside India) projects. Advanced skills in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and Photoshop. Strong understanding of architectural Materials and lighting. Excellent English and time management skills.
