Role & responsibilities

Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,3ds Max, Photoshop
& MS Office.
Expertise in
Conceptual Design, Master Planning & Layout Optimization
.
Strong understanding of
DCR, NBC, UDCPR & local authority approval processes
(IOD/CC/OC).
Ability to prepare
working drawings, GFC drawings & detail drawings
.
Knowledge of
construction materials, site coordination & real estate building systems
.
Experience working with
Structural, MEP, and Landscape consultants
.
Ability to analyze
FSI, Efficiency, Saleable Area Calculations & feasibility layouts
.
Excellent
project coordination, documentation & technical detailing
.
Strong
design visualization & presentation skills
.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Arch / M.Arch with 5 years experience in real estate / architect firm
Strong knowledge of
DCR, NBC, UDCPR & approval norms
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & 3D visualization
.
Experience in residential & commercial project planning.
Good coordination skills with
consultants & site teams
.
Strong understanding of
FSI, area efficiency & feasibility layouts
.
Excellent communication & time-management skills.
Candidates from
