Architect

As an Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in the planning and development of township and residential projects. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting in conceptual planning and design development for township and residential projects. - Preparing and managing working drawings, GFC drawings, and detailed construction drawings. - Supporting in preparing licensing drawings and coordinating with municipal authorities for approvals. - Working closely with senior architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution. - Conducting site visits and inspections to maintain design intent and quality standards. - Coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integration of services in drawings. - Ensuring drawings and documentation comply with local by-laws, DCR, and regulatory norms. - Maintaining proper records of drawings, revisions, and approvals. Your desired profile should include proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office. Knowledge of BIM would be an advantage. You should also possess a strong understanding of municipal processes, building by-laws, and licensing procedures. Attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to travel between Mumbai and project locations are essential. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. You should have a minimum of 2 to 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and execution. This role will report to the HOD, and traveling between Mumbai and project locations will be required.,
