Architect

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural designs and detailed construction drawings. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and execution. Prepare and present design proposals and reports using Vray, SketchUp , Autocad and other design software. Ensure all architectural plans comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Monitor project progress and attend site meetings to ensure design integrity and construction quality. Modify designs based on feedback, unforeseen site conditions, or construction limitations. Assist in project cost estimation and budgeting from a design standpoint. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices. Requirements: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from ( BMS School of Architecture ,RV College of Architecture, Christ University ,MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, BGS School of Architecture and Planning, Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management . Licensed or registered Architect (as per local regulations preferred). 1 to 14 years of experience in architectural design and construction. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and project lifecycle. Excellent visual, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on residential construction projects. Knowledge of sustainable architecture and green building certifications (e.g., LEED). Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
