Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Train new hires and existing staff on AR calling processes in both PB and HB settings.
Develop training content focused on claims follow-up, denial resolution, and payer-specific guidelines.
Conduct mock calls, assessments, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
Ensure team compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

3 to 8 years of experience in U.S. healthcare AR calling with exposure to PB and HB.
Prior experience in a training role is preferred.
Deep understanding of insurance follow-ups, denial codes, and EOBs.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Proficient in RCM tools and MS Office Suite.
