AR Caller – Senior

About the Role

Accounts Receivable (AR) Callers

You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement by managing outstanding claims, communicating with payers, and helping improve overall revenue performance.

What You’ll Do

• Manage

  end-to-end AR follow-up

  for assigned accounts.
• Call insurance companies to check

  claim status

  and resolve denials or underpayments.
• Review and act on

  EOBs

  ,

  aged reports

  , and

  rejected claims

  .
• Coordinate with internal teams for coding, charge entry, and payment posting.
• Maintain high levels of

  productivity, accuracy, and documentation quality

  .
• (Senior role)

  Guide and support junior team members

  and handle complex claim issues.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in

  AR follow-up, denial management, and appeals

  .
• Ability to handle

  complex claims

  and train new team members.

• Experience in Gastroenterology billing

  is strongly preferred.

Education

• Graduate in any stream (B. Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
• RCM or healthcare billing certification is a plus.
