Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry, located in Mohali district. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, contacting insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied claims, and establishing effective relationships with patients and insurance representatives. Daily tasks include reviewing and analyzing patient accounts, ensuring accurate billing, resolving claim discrepancies, and maintaining detailed and timely documentation of all interactions. Additionally, the AR Caller will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure optimized collections and streamlined billing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable Management and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients and insurance representatives
• Proficient in using billing software and maintaining accurate patient records
• Ability to review and analyze patient accounts and resolve claim discrepancies
• Knowledge of healthcare billing, CPT codes, and insurance claims processes
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain detailed, accurate documentation
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
