🚨 We’re Hiring – AR Callers (US Healthcare Process) 🚨

Are you looking to build or grow your career in Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up & Denial Management?

📌 Role & Responsibilities:

1. Call insurance companies on behalf of physicians to follow up on outstanding AR.

2. Prioritize unpaid claims based on the time pending.

3. Resolve denials by convincing insurance companies to reprocess incorrect claims.

4. Verify patient insurance information, eligibility, and benefits.

5. Check claim status, evaluate unpaid claims, and obtain EOBs when applicable.

Make corrections to claims as per insurer feedback.

👤 Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. 1–3 years of experience in AR follow-up / denial management (US healthcare).

2. Strong verbal communication skills in English.

3. Knowledge of denial management & AR fundamentals (physician billing).

4. Willingness to work in night shifts (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
