AR Caller

As an AR Executive at Crystal Voxx, located in Pratap Nagar, Nagpur, you will be responsible for AR follow-up and insurance calling for a medical billing company, focusing on denial management and contacting insurance companies in the US on behalf of physicians, clinics, and hospitals to follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivables and claims. Your role will require a good understanding of the U.S. Healthcare Domain (provider side) and methods for improvement, as well as knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You will also need to manage collaterals, seek client updates from the Team Leader, and meet productivity and quality targets with timely completion. It's essential to identify and escalate issues, update production logs, adhere to company policies, and follow quality processes using checklists.
