Job role:
• Plan and coordinate the production schedules and activities to meet customer
orders and deadlines
• Monitor and control the production processes and equipment to ensure
compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of production staff and provide
feedback and training as needed
• Manage the procurement of raw materials, supplies, and equipment from reliable
and cost-effective sources
• Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers and vendors and maintain good
relationships with them
• Maintain accurate records of production and procurement data and prepare
reports for management
• Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise in the production and
procurement processes
• Implement and improve production and procurement policies and procedures to
optimize efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth and
effective operations
