Domain: QA & QC Required Experience: 2 Years Location: Nellore Job Description: Monitor and record the quality of all incoming Raw Materials (To ensure that all critical parameters should be meet our specification before unloading ,Like Organoleptic parameters ,Residue results , etc., ) Monitor and adhere the in- process personal hygiene practices (Includes ,head cap , mask ,operon ,Frequent hand wash & disinfection , Gumboot ,Etc., by physical observation & testing ) Observe and record the CCPs limits (Label & packing , metal detector ,RM temperature , antibiotic free,etc ., ) Monitor and maintain the Equipment sanitation clearances (From RM to FG by physical observation & testing ) Conduct training for GMP, Hygiene and sanitation practices, in- process technical programs , Etc., All-critical control temperatures from RM to FG to be monitor and record Coordinate with QC team to ensure that all samples are be collected and tested as per their testing plan (OR) EU /EIC Regulatory requirements (water quality , Personnel hand and equipment swab , air monitoring , Residue and micro testing for RM &FG samples, etc., process additives purity , packing material sterility ,organoleptic parameters ) Maintain and update the all documents pertains to quality and regulatory requirements Check and update the all in-process equipments external and internal calibrations Observe and record the stage wise in process and product Quality deviations Environment and general cleanness review and update the records ( Peripheral and in-process ) Maintain and record the disinfection strength and microbial water quality to be maintained as per the EIC guidelines Observe and record the Internal Complaints pertains to quality Monitor and maintain the pest control activities as per the agencies plan (Includes rodent traps , pest o flash, etc., ) Observe and record the consignment status (truck hygiene , handler , Loading, temperature , data loggers, External test reports ) Route cause analysis for customer complaints /Internal rejections
