Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluation to production teams and supervisors. Desired Candidate Profile A proven track record of 14 to 20+ years in seafood processing, preferably in a senior production or plant management role. Strong understanding of shrimp (sea-caught and Vannamei) processing , freezing, packaging, and export compliance. Hands-on experience with modern seafood production techniques , HACCP, ISO, and other quality certifications.
