Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer at Sharda University, located in Greater Noida. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing training sessions in quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal aptitude. Day-to-day tasks include conducting classes, preparing training materials, monitoring student progress, and providing feedback to help students enhance their skills. The Aptitude Trainer will also collaborate with faculty members to integrate aptitude training into the broader curriculum.

Qualifications

Expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Aptitude
Experience in conducting training sessions and creating training materials
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Proficiency in using educational technology and online training tools
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Mathematics, English, or related fields
Previous experience in aptitude training or test preparation is a plus
