Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Aptitude Trainer/Mentor who can conduct offline training sessions in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Communication Skills. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching, mentoring, and helping students strengthen their analytical and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct offline classroom sessions on Aptitude, Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Communication Skills.

Prepare and deliver interactive learning materials, practice tests, and mock assessments.

Mentor students to enhance their problem-solving, logical reasoning, and communication confidence.

Evaluate student performance and provide personalized feedback for improvement.

Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training with placement requirements.

Stay updated with the latest patterns in campus recruitment and aptitude assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (Mathematics/Engineering preferred).

2 – 3 years of proven experience in Aptitude and Communication Skills training.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation, classroom management, and mentoring abilities.

Ability to engage and motivate learners through interactive teaching methods.

Familiarity with campus recruitment processes is a plus.
