Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer located in Tirupati. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing customized content for aptitude tests, providing personalized guidance to students, and conducting mock tests to enhance students' problem-solving skills. The trainer will also monitor student performance and provide regular feedback to help them improve.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
• Strong knowledge of aptitude tests and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and customize training content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using technology for training purposes
• Ability to provide personalized guidance and feedback
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field
