Job Summary:

We are hiring Diploma Trainees for our manufacturing facility in SIPCOT, Thoothukudi. The trainees will assist in production, quality, assembly, and shop-floor operations while gaining hands-on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in production activities, assembly work, and operational tasks.
• Support quality inspection and ensure products meet company standards.
• Operate basic machines, tools, and equipment under supervision.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors for day-to-day manufacturing processes.
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion on the shop floor.

Skills & Eligibility:

• Diploma in Mechanical / EEE / Automobile (Mandatory)
• Freshers can apply
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (added advantage)
• Good communication, teamwork, and discipline
• Physically fit and adaptable to shop-floor environment
